That's the second false equivalency fallacy you've used in this thread; but, I'll play.

If the shooter was using lead bullets, then the shooter is guilty of murder. Duh. If the shooter was using spitballs, then the shooter is not guilty and the comorbidities were the likely culprit. Duh. Jurors know that context matters; those only delivering propaganda pretend it does not.

You assume the shooter was using lead because that's your confirmation bias; it confirms for you that covid is the boogeyman the TV says it is. It allows you to feel good about mandating vaccines, isolating loved ones, withholding therapeutic treatments, requiring masks, etc, etc, and accepting thousands of vaccine related deaths and hundreds of thousands of vaccine related injuries as normal sacrifices for the greater good -- even if the vaccines kill more than polio on its best day. I suspect you need to stay asleep to feel good about yourself and society.

My bias is based in personal experience. Myself and several around me have had covid. We isolated while sick, same as we always do, and used therapeutics that are readily available and inexpensive. We survived without vaccination or hospitalization. Our bodies learned how to fight the whole disease agent instead of the single spike protein the mRNA jabs focus on. We are healthier and stronger for it. So in our experience, covid is a nasty spitball, gross and slimey, but a spitball nonetheless. That's our bias. And we'll trust our own experiences and eschew the propaganda you throw our way.

Do you really think someone could be tried for murder for shooting ‘spitballs’?

How do you explain the over 700,000 deaths from COVID in the US? Millions world-wide?

You continue to ignore that lot sizes are not uniform therefor you cannot assume a normal distribution.
