Disgusting abouse of power by a disgusting government, is what I see. The system is rigged to allow this sort of thing. While it may be an aberration today, it could become routine and the courts would rubber stamp it with the usual rhetoric.
It seems like a number of them are accused of trespassing and protesting without references to violence.
Others are accused of assaulting or resisting or impeding officers, which is a ridiculous conflation, since assaulting is very different from resisting or impeding.
