Sotomayor is just hopelessly stupid. It is a complete waste of time to present any even mildly complex issues for her consideration. She is the classic example of how affirmative action results in incompetence.

If Roe's overturned EVERY BLUE STATE WILL MAKE ABORTION LEGAL THAT DAY... Abortion's won't be made illegal - it'll be turned over to states to decide... And since abortion's highly profitable - abortion clinics will offer 'free' bus or plane tickets to their clinics from states that have restricted abortion. Before Roe was ruled on states like New York offered legal abortions.
