I mean, imagine how long it would take for the feds to mail out over a hundred million "trigger warnings" to American lefty 'snowflakes' ("We may soon be in a state of war with China, which could interrupt your supply of flannel pajamas & hot chocolate"); I just don't see our military being ready to fire a single shot until months after the 'war' started (& ended)...
