Rant in all caps as you wish, but I’m merely stating what the prosecution will use to justify their charges. There are texts between the parents and the child, as well as statements in other forms from both that indicate plainly that the gun was purchased for him. One of the text exchanges even had him searching online at school for ammunition for the gun — which sent him to the office in the first place — with his father telling him to “not get caught” next time.
But if you feel otherwise, good luck using that position to keep your butt out of jail in similar situations…
hear that people....you can prosecuted for looking up ammunition online now....smh...
