Is there no one, who worked with Trump, that knows how to keep their big yapper shut? Meadows should have never revealed Trump’s medical status with COVID. . especially when the testing has been so inaccurate.

Donald Trump should henceforth never be allowed to make staff hiring decisions.

His wife Melania should do that.

She’s the street-smart one.

No one will buy this book, same as no one is buying Kris Kristie,s book. Opposite of the MSM coverage of the two losers, Miranda Devine’s best selling book “The Laotop From Hell” is getting no coverage in the propaganda media.

I’m beginning to think that if Trump changed parties to a Democrat he would get probably 80 to 90% of the votes. I said this before. I think you should consider that. Running as a Democrat

Meadows is probably confused on his timeline.

**************

Prolly right. Most of the GOP is confused. They seem to have a hard time with focus, discipline and persistence. Just saying.

From your linked source:

"Bottom line: The CDC's original PCR test for COVID isn't going away because of inaccurate results—it's just that there are more comprehensive tests available that can help doctors figure out whether you have COVID, the flu, or some other bug, and give you the right treatment. Taking this test "off the market" helps push labs to adopt those other tests that can check for multiple viruses."

“””These kinds of stories are designed to generate buzz about the book and drive sales so people can find out what was really said.

My guess is that Meadows wrote something like “Trump tested positive for COVID prior to the debate, and the campaign panicked, but then Trump took a second, more accurate test and was negative. So we proceeded with the debate.”

And the MSM press breathlessly reports “Trump TESTED POSITIVE PRIOR TO DEBATE!!!!!!!!””””

You write a very concise explanation of what happens when a politician publishes a book these days. Lots of hype and very few facts are tossed to the wind so as to boost book sales.

Sounds like President Trump refused to payoff Meadows and now Meadows is fictionalizing his time in the White House.

Does Meadows plan to be a Mike Pence supporter?
Is that what this ‘throwing of little mudballs’ all about?

Based on the way Trump looked at that first debate, he had something going on.

I don’t know why Meadows would have even brought this up as it’s not really that important now.

Meadows has been pretty loyal to Trump even when Trump was saying, without proper evidence, that fraud cost him the election. By Meadows reporting this information, it forces Trump on defence by talking about what test was relevant etc. and takes everyone off the message of Biden’s screw ups.

In my mind and when I go back and think about what happen in those days, Trump is actually lucky to be alive after that Covid incident.

I will admit I did not fully read the piece but it seems the problem with the test is how it is being used to detect the virus.

My understanding is it works by running or cycling the sample multiple times in an effort to detect the virus. According to the developer of the test it should not be used at a recycling rate of more than 20 times because anything more than that would show a positive result because it would be picking up fragments of dead virus and reporting them as positive.

I have read the developer of the test claims the test was never meant to be used in the way it is used (oversampling) and since the tests are routinely cycling the sample 40 plus times the results are unreliable.

This will explain it better than I can.

Now FDA Admits PCR Tests Give False COVID Results

Here are a few headlines from those experts and scientific studies:

1. Experts compiled three datasets with officials from the states of Massachusetts, New York and Nevada that conclude:“Up to 90% of the people who tested positive did not carry a virus.”

2. The Wadworth Center, a New York State laboratory, analyzed the results of its July tests at the request of the NYT: 794 positive tests with a Ct of 40: “With a Ct threshold of 35, approximately half of these PCR tests would no longer be considered positive,” said the NYT. “And about 70% would no longer be considered positive with a Ct of 30! “

3. An appeals court in Portugal has ruled that the PCR process is not a reliable test for Sars-Cov-2, and therefore any enforced quarantine based on those test results is unlawful.

4. A new study from the Infectious Diseases Society of America, found that at 25 cycles of amplification, 70% of PCR test “positives” are not “cases” since the virus cannot be cultured, it’s dead. And by 35: 97% of the positives are non-clinical.

5. PCR is not testing for disease, it’s testing for a specific RNA pattern and this is the key pivot. When you crank it up to 25, 70% of the positive results are not really “positives” in any clinical sense, since it cannot make you or anyone else sick

So, in summary, with regard to our current “casedemic”, positive tests as they are counted today do not indicate a “case” of anything. They indicate that viral RNA was found in a nasal swab. It may be enough to make you sick, but according to the New York Times and their experts, probably won’t. And certainly not sufficient replication of the virus to make anyone else sick. But you will be sent home for ten days anyway, even if you never have a sniffle. And this is the number the media breathlessly reports… and is used to fearmonger mask mandates and lockdowns nationwide…

“The story of me having COVID prior to, or during, the first debate is Fake News,” Trump said Wednesday in a statement released by his Save America PAC. “In fact, a test revealed that I did not have COVID prior to the debate.”

Which is also what Meadows' book stated - the second test done was negative. The press cherry picked what they reported and now Trump is mad at Meadows. He of all people should know better than to respond to the media narrative.

You do know the news media will pay for a story bigger the story the better the pay off.

National Enquirer no worse than the MSM.

The tests are problematic.

MUSK: Something extremely bogus is going on. Was tested for covid four times today. Two tests came back negative, two came back positive. Same machine, same test, same nurse. Rapid antigen test from BD.

Any kind of test with that much variability is worthless, in my opinion. Granted, Musk is kind of weird, but he is no dummy.

Another book about Trump. I had better get on the stick and start writing before I’m the only one who hasn’t written a book about Trump.

Mark Meadows is a frequent guest on Steve Bannon’s show and he sure doesn’t seem like a scumbag to me - he praises President Trump up and down, and says what an honor it was to work for him.

I haven’t read his book, but from what he and Bannon were saying, it sounded like the book is very flattering of President Trump, and showed what a strong and principled leader he was.

If Meadows got his covid time-line screwed up, I doubt he meant any harm by it.

In fact, I don’t really get why it matters whether President Trump got covid before or after the debate.

Really? You didn’t see all the stories that said PCR tests flagged flu cases as covid all last winter inflating the numbers? So it did what was needed...it inflated the #s for the left.
