Is there a magazine capacity limit in PA? Here we have an idiotic 15 round limit. This just goes to show you - when you need to shoot someone 18 times to be sure, bring a friend. Hey, at least they didn’t break a mag law...

Is there a magazine capacity limit in PA? No mag cap limit in PA. PA's 2a rights are strong. The PA Constitution is even better than the Bill of Rights:
"The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State shall not be questioned."
We have always had open carry and the state legislature just passed constitutional carry. We just have to get rid of Wolf. He will veto that bill.
