London Breed is the San Francisco mayor.
Both she and the Oakland mayors are leftists, and both of them are managing the destruction of their cities.
They don't care. The CoVid largess from the Feds (and the taxpayers) will allow them to throw money in different areas, but until they change their attitudes (which I don't see happening) both cities will continue to swirl around the toilet.
Sad.
