I can’t find a single word in the Constitution that authorizes the Federal Government to give US taxpayer money to foreign countries for any purpose.
That’s my objection. I don’t care who it is.

Baloney. The US Gov has given taxpayer money to dozens of countries. How many times have you objected? I’ll wait and let you count them up and provide links.
