Evidence the Arbery jury never heard: Storekeepers nicknamed Ahmaud 'The Jogger' for stealing and running away
Daily Mail ^ | 11/24/2021 | Greg Woodfield

There were five key arguments the court ruled could not be presented to the 12-juror panel who will decide the fate of the three white men charged They included Arbery's mental health records and criminal history, and the fact that trace amounts of THC were found in his blood after his death The judge also refused evidence claiming Arbery was known as 'The Jogger' because he would jog to convenience stores, and run out with stolen goods

Three men who saw someone running had zero idea if a crime had been committed.

Wrong. Should I bother to read anything else you've written? Probably not, but i'll take a look anyway.

They did not witness a crime

The law does not require that they witness a crime, it only requires that they have knowledge of a crime, which they did.

nor was the first thing they did was to call police saying a crime was being committed

They did call police, but I suspect they were trying to keep sight of the suspect and that was of more immediacy to them.

Not all places in the US have reasonable race relations. If the skin color were reversed I would have the same view.

As would I. Any guy trying to rip a weapon out of my hands is gonna get shot.

These three broke the law.

They did not. That is a lie.

The jury got it right

The Jury (with 9 white women on it) gave the verdict the judge forced them to give by his instructions.

Utter clusterf***.

No way in hell was Ashli Babbitt a good shoot. It was cold blooded murder. Pure and simple.

Correct. Your priors can be used at sentencing. But they cannot be used as evidence during the trial.

The jury wasn’t even allowed to consider that. This was a railroad job stirred in with a terrible defense team.

Arbery didn’t fear death. He feared going back to jail. He knew the cops were on the way. You can CLEARLY hear the sirens in the video right before he jumped travis.

Then why was he running? If he wasn’t doing anything wrong, why did he take off out of the house when he was spotted?

Still not sure why they agree to be tried together.

You graduated from what College of Law to receive your Jurisprudence Degree?

I used to jog a lot through the neighborhoods where I lived. I wasn't aware it was a sign of doing anything wrong.

The same one Abraham Lincoln graduated from.

What particular pearl of wisdom would I have gotten if I had?

This sounds like a case of "Who are you gonna believe? Me, or your lying eyes?"

You might have heard the Georgia law about citizens arrest which you obviously don’t know

Very likely true. Which makes you wonder why he was so intent on preventing that to the point where he was willing to charge someone with a shotgun.

Sounds like he was out on revoked probation for other felonies or something. So his state of mind is obviously very anti-authoritative, including not wanted to get into a confrontation with cops.

I would say so.
