From what I’ve seen, Florida speed on a highway is at least 10 miles over the limit. Is that the natives doing that, or recently established transplants?

From all my travels ( over 100,000 miles a year) Going 10 over is common everywhere.

On I65 in Indiana, Illinois plated vehicles , including semis, are the most aggressive.

I am a right lane driver and cruise along watching the chaos.
Only problem with that is I get stuck in ramp backups and have to anticipate moving over before the ramp backup.
