I don’t get this. If everyone is vaccinated and the vaccine is < 100 percent effective, then all the people who get Covid will have been vaccinated. I would not expect 100 percent effectiveness.

You can’t conclude anything from this without a control group.

The Pfizer vaccine, on the label and as the FDA has stated is for the "Prevention of COVID-19", not for preventing hospitalization or reducing fatalities. Obviously, it has failed its primary purpose spectacularly because not only does it not prevent one from contracting COVID-19 it doesn't prevent you from spreading COVID-19 either.
