It probably occurred to him almost immediately. Being the scumbag that he is all he cared about was getting away. Collateral damage meant nothing to him. That’s assuming he was fleeing a crime. I’m not saying he was. It may very well have been pre-meditated. Hopefully we will learn more soon.
They were very quick out of the gate with this theory, and sure, there is some vanishingly small possibility that at least one of the reasons he was driving through a crowd could have been “fleeing the scene”. But that’s entering quantum universe types of probability, right up there with a pond freezing solid in the middle of summer. Doesn’t actually violate the rules of physics, but seriously, COME ON MAN, as our Resident might say.
Do the media think that they can erase this murderer’s extensive, racist, and violent social media posts in which he talks about attacking old white people????
It’s almost funny watching this play out as they search for a narrative that fits their preferred narrative.
