If you were fleeing a crime scene without being chased, you’d follow every traffic law to the letter, even go several mph below the speed limit, with your hands in the 10 and 2 position on the steering wheel, doing everything in your power to give no LEO a reason to pull you over.
You do absolutely nothing to draw attention to yourself, and get out of that vehicle as soon as possible.
I see, people who commit crimes like murder, stabbing people etc, always leave the crime scene in an orderly safe fashion, always being thoughtful of the rules of the road.

This was NO ONE fleeing a crime scene this was deliberate, my gut is telling me this was a terrorist attack the jihadi hair on my neck is standing up straight just a gut feeling!! There have been to many of these type of attacks in cars in EU and a Christmas parade this is their type of PERFECT TARGET!! We will see!!!
