Fox Cable News coverage makes me sick. First you’re stuck listening to Trey Gowdy doing his usual moralizing and saying the only thing folks should be talking about is the poor victims of the attack rather than who the perps are and whether they are in custody, and who is the perp(s), and in particular what race or color the perp is as that makes a major difference in what has occurred.
This has happened in WI a couple of days after the Rittenhouse verdict, in a town about 1 hour away from Kenosha, but Fox is avoiding making any correlation, not even to just speculate, although they are speculating about everything else, such as drunk driver, foreign terrorist (yeah, sure, what a coincidence in time to Rittenhouse verdict).
And they have Ted Williams, the black investigator guy, who thought Kyle Rittenhouse should have been found guilty), as their commentator on investigation by police. Where the heck is Leo 2.0 right now? Get HIM on and you’d here a very different narration going on here.
John Roberts is trying very hard to be “fair” but you can tell he’s deathly afraid to say anything about what is the most likely scenario, and that is a revenge attack for the Rittenhouse verdict. What poor coverage by Fox. Geez. Fox should go on FR and read this thread; they’d find out a lot more about what really is going on.
I have had this same thought quite a few times. I used to think it about Republican politicians but they are just in the party of collusion and do not want to know actual information. Supposed conservative media types, however, should utilize a source where they can learn things.
IMO, Fox News is always horrible in a live breaking event. CNN is actually better for live coverage. It’s their later armchair quarterbacking that is atrocious.
I never heard Ted Williams say that Rittenhouse should’ve been found guilty, and I watched a lot of the trial.
