I also seem to recall a few threats of fed intervention after that but the DOJ couldn't get enough dirt to pursue them. Maybe the college professor arrested in front of his own house??
With the reds in charge, facts won't matter. Style over substance is most important the them.

Agree we dodged a bullet when McConnell blocked Garland from becoming a SCOTUS Justice! The last time the Feds seriously considered bringing civil rights charges against anyone was the Ferguson, MO police officer who shot Michael Brown. After review they backed off!
Sadly I feel Kyle isn’t out of the woods legally - my gut says Garlands corrupt DOJ will try to railroad Kyle on civil rights violation charges or possible federal firearms charges! Especially after the raid on James O’Keefe/Project Veritas to retrieve Biden’s daughter’s diary and charging Steve Bannon, I wouldn’t put it past this DOJ to go after Kyle!
Another more ominous reason this DOJ will go after Kyle is to protect China Joe from getting sued by Kyle for libel/defamation by tying up Kyles legal focus on criminal defense instead of going on the offensive with libel/defamation lawsuits!
