It is not there. It never was. Even the dishonest prosecution team in the state case never alleged it.

What a ridiculous response. Perhaps he was there cleaning graffiti, helping others, and putting out fires.
Even the left wanted the public to police their own communities. He wasn’t policing tho. He was more of a fireman.
Perhaps he was naive. But his intentions were not bad.
Now Rittenhouse can sue the President and the MSM and live the rest of his life comfortably. I hope he bankrupts all of the heretics. I also hope if BLM and Antifa choose to riot and they will experience a population that is going to emulate the Koreans during the LA riots and many of the rioters go to Hades with lead in their bodies.

Why don’t you ask anyone who has gone through the same thing if it was worth it?
If he had not gained so much national attention that he had support from many, he would be in prison right now for lack of money and representation.
As it is, he will be haunted, pursued and physically challenged for years by crazies just as Zimmerman has been. His ordeal is far from over.
I am all for personal defense. I carry 16 hours every single day everywhere it is legal. But smart people don’t put their heads in the lion’s mouth.
Kyle can be excused because at 17 he is not supposed to have the wisdom that comes with age and the advantage of watching so many make mistakes.
Just as you are supposed to learn from his mistake.
It is possible that he might sue all of the parties to his mistreatment and end up with enough money to ease his injury, but his immediate problem will be to stay alive long enough for the loonies to turn their attention to someone else.
I was hoping the Judge would have taken some time to lash out at the media.

Anthony Huber and Joseph Rosenbaum are victims. They should be alive today.
The only reason they’re not is because a violent, dangerous man chose to take a gun across state lines and start shooting people.
To call this a miscarriage of justice is an understatement.
