The judge has allowed this to be the craziest thing I have ever seen. It is almost like “You kids go out and settle it with the jury as the referee and I will just sit here with a smile for the cameras and announce the winner when it’s done”. He has even back tracked on the harsh words and allowed gross violations to prevail. I was wondering a couple days ago if it was all just choreographed between him and the prosecution like a fake wrestling match.
