You should read more Andrew Branca on self-defense law.
So should have the defense lawyers. The prosecution has repeatedly misstated self defense law over and over and the defense never shouted him down.
Kyle should hire Branca for his appeal or retrial because his current lawyers failed him.
OJ deliberation was 4 hours.
4.5 months is what I read on the internet for some civil trial in CA in the 90’s, I think.

Watching Andrew Branca right now live. He talked about this very thing in this very case yesterday.
You cannot claim “lawful” self defense if the firearm is unlawful... Period. That defense gets tossed out. And without the self defense aspect the jury would have just hung him on all charges.
I was sickened and angry to hear the Court TV reporter praising MSNBC’s Morrison to high heaven, saying he was a wonderful person and outstanding professional, etc etc etc.
You’re right, the networks are all one and the same.
Tell you what... In this circus trial nothing has been “how it is supposed to work”. So it does no good at all to try and apply “how it is supposed to work”.

It’s infuriating to watch both sides flail at the law instead of following and applying it.
Justice is dead, which why we are headed into the ash heap of history.
The entire jury may be doxxed and uploaded to the cloud already. In that case, the judge banning msnbc from the courthouse will do nothing whatsoever. Even if official MSNBC people have not printed the digital images yet. Taking notes or making drawings with pencil and paper for deniability’s sake are possible. Weasel words are strong in this one.
