I just recently rewatched the movie “Fail Safe”, watch that and tell how China can win a nuclear war. There is no such thing and watch “On The Beach”, that should convince you there are no winners at all.

You're relying on fiction to assess the plausibility of different nuclear war scenarios?! Seriously?!

Then why not also reference "Superman: The Movie," and note that Superman could just fly around the globe really fast and reverse the effects?

If you think any kind of nuclear war is winnable, then at what cost to humanity and the earth. I would say you are the one who is in a fantasy land.
