What the Prosecution's video quality looked like vs what the defense was provided BY the prosecution. (The prosecution withheld 4x higher quality video from defense) click link for video
Petty, pathetic pathological prevaricators.
I believe the prosecution is going to pay dearly for this.
criminal
Those prosecuters should be disbarred!
I am so glad Ritternhouse shot and killed both Rosenbaum and Huber
Wish he nailed jumpkick man and Bicep-less man.
There needs to come forth thousands of heavily armed Rittenhouses , to confront and dessimate BLM/Antifa riotersand looters. Open season on commie punks. Purge America of this cancer .
Then the DOJ will send out their goon squad to try to “stop an insurrection” and say they are restoring peace, meanwhile they will be firing upon patriots.
Math is difficult. So is English ;-)
So many words to choose from.
How did it become known that the DA had better quality videos?
Dismiss with prejudice.
Sidebar: What does “3X Zoom (no logarithms)” mean? It’s the logarithm bit I don’t get.

Algorithm, logarithm, close enough for internet blather.
Like they say during the insurance commercial, "Who knew"?
They showed some f it during closing
Additionally, let us not forget the FBI supposedly lost their high resolution video taken from their airplane.
But, the FBI managed to not lose their fuzzy infrared video taken by the same airplane at the same time.
A digital image is NOT like a photograph ‘zoomed in’ on with a magnifying glass.
When you “pinch and zoom” there’s an algorithm (not logarithm) that expands the picture by CREATING CONTENT. New pixels are added. That is NOT like a photograph and the defense should have said that loudly and clearly.
So zooming in without adding content creates a box-type big pixel mess.
That’s why prosecutors used a program to do it that adds content and then they (surprise) lied about it knowing the judge wasn’t tech savvy.
The image shown to the jury should have been kept out because it wasn’t a ‘fair and accurate’ representation of the image.
That’s why the prosecutors kept this evidence (in violation of Brady rules) from the defense. Because the defense team expert could use it to defend their client. They waited until all the evidence was in and two days later turned it over to defense.
Watching Binger lie his way to explain that and the judge yelling at him should be high drama. The judge said Binger was on thin ice and he didn’t want any more issues.
Binger might be setting up the judge to force his hand to say mistrial with prejudice and then the heat will fall not to the DA or the jury but (Binger hopes) all fall on the head of the judge - and his family which has been threatened.
Probably mean algorithm, not logarithm. Algorithms are used to improve or enhance poor image quality. They are routinely used in improving the sharpness of old photographs, blurry video, and the resolution of images sent back by distant space craft. The work is done by AIs these days.
“No algorithm” signifies that the sharpness in the video held back by the prosecution is not due to computer-enhancement in postproduction but is a much higher quality image in the original recording. Thus, no one can complain about or allege post-recording manipulation of images. Except the Defense, of course, who can complain because the existence of the higher quality video was concealed from them.
The FBI likely had drone footage of every riot in America that year.
Did they hand it over to prosecutors around the country?
Was there a RICO case against the agitators that traveled from state to state (making it a federal case) to riot and commit other crimes?
Instead, with the Binger prosecution imploding two weeks before trial they hand over the low res version and that’s the ENTIRE BASIS of the prosecution’s case at this point - the blown up ‘hocus pocus out of focus’ photo!
DOJ also was mentioned by Klaus as giving them a legal opinion on jury looking at evidence in the jury room.
So this is a DOJ case with the local yokels the puppets. FBI did the initial interviews and DOJ is coming up with the legal theories and tactics we’ve seen.
