California just hit a new all-time record high for the average price of a gallon of regular gasoline, and some local gas stations around SoCal are charging even more.

At one gas station in the Mid Wilshire district, on Monday, a gallon of regular unleaded is $5.99, while a gallon of premium gas is $6.59.

California's gas prices are higher, on average, than any other state: the national price for a gallon of regular unleaded gas is $3.41.

According to AAA, the statewide average price for a gallon of regular unleaded gas is $4.68 in California as of Monday.

And the clowns who religiously vote for Bare Shelves Biden and the Democrats will blame everyone but themlves for it.

Actually, Biden and Kerry and democrats in general, are happy with what they've done to gas prices and fossil-fuels in general. It's what they wanted, and they're getting it.

In fact, they want $10 gas prices in order to get rid of it. It was Obama's dream and the dream of progressives. To them, it's better to save the planet than to save people's livelihoods.

But, in reality, they're not about saving the planet; it's about controlling all industries and all people's lives, and what better place to start than with the lifeblood of all economies? Once they have control of all fuels, they control the world.

It could not happen to a more deserving state! I hope it hits $10 per gallon out there, and the sooner the better! Then, I hope they have rolling blackouts during freeing weather. A big earthquake would be nice too!

It’s AMAZING how California can tax the crap out of gasoline and deflect it so well. No wonder the state is rolling in surpluses.

Waiting for the whiners to pop-in and say, “Well, that station is in a remote region of CA.”

It’s not just Biden. This is also what happens when 62% vote against recalling Gavin Newsom. Pandering to the lunatic base of the Dem party is all that matters in the state.

The Democrats are happy about this rise in prices. This is their gameplan. They will just not admit it.

This is not the right time for the greenies to be beating the drums for their ‘zero carbon’ alternatives.

All to make windmills and solar competitive, price-wise. Part of the plan.

"Or maybe $37.50, like in the movie Atlas Shrugged, Part I."

Just think... When that was written, such would have been viewed with ridicule and cries of: "It can't happen here!"
Well, $37.50 is now within the realm of possibility... However small...

The high price is intentional. It’s desired by those who hate petroleum products.

There is no alternative to petroleum products.

Aren't there a record number of whales beaching themselves? The greenies have a problem, use petroleum or go back to using oil harvested from animals.

Hey now there are millions of conservative Reps still left in Calif.

Calif Republicans number about 10x the total population of Wyoming, 6x the population of Alaska, and 5x the populations of North and South Dakota, Delaware, RI, Maine and Montana.

Don’t earthquake us, bro :)

I’m just wondering why anyone cares what the price of gas is in California. The smart ones left that state already.

When Barry the Muslim was installed, the price of Avgas doubled, it was around $2-$2.50, now it is $5-$5.35, has been since the Barry the Muslim, and it has NOT gone up at all since Brandon came in. Regular auto Gas is Now over $5 EVERYWHERE in SoCal
