The REAL reason that this bill passed the Senate was because a deal was struck! That deal was the necessary yay votes were “bought” only if First the even bigger “Social Spending bill” a.k.a. Build Back Better bill is run through the Congressional Budget Office and the Joint Committee on Taxation so that they can go through it with a fine tooth comb and see if the numbers that they get fall into line with the authors of the bill.
...and even hovering in anticipation of his every need.
