Watching/listening to closing rebuttal now and I think the judge and prosecutors should be found guilty and sentenced after this mess of a trial.
The judge just stopped the prosecutor because of defense objections to statements in rebuttal - jury was sent from the room. They came back in when the defense objected again and they had barely sat down when they were told to leave again.
The judge listened to the both sides again and sat absolutely silent for what seemed like 5 minutes and then said, “What was that you last said?”
I don’t know how the viewers in the courtroom can stay silent and not laugh out loud. It’s a circus and they’re getting ringside seats for free.
What a show - what a mess. Poor kid is all I can say. The jury will have to find him guilty just to keep the cities from being burned down again which is where and why this all started in WI...
