She could resign in order to get the nomination if offered. Then that makes confirmation moot although I think she never could.
Then, there is a second problem. Who will be nominated to replace her as VP? It could be literally anyone that is 35 or older and a natural born American. I have a long list of who I fear it could be. The hildabeast tops that list and the likes of a 4 star tranny might be a consideration.
The worst part is that all has to happen within a year before their window of opportunity could slam shut.

Then they will start going after the "Wreckers and Saboteurs" that caused the tragic and unexpected loss of the Biden/Harris administration. That will, of course, turn out to be anybody who ever supported President Donald Trump. Or anybody else who objects to the latest Government decrees.
