frankly I prefer the human touch and I programed robots, repaired them too

Wife and I had an experience yesterday, while shopping at a mall with new stores. Stopped to get a burger at "Creator Burger". A couple in front of us was being asked a bunch of questions by a worker as to what they wanted and how they wanted it.
Our turn: wife asked for the burger choice to be well-done. The worker explained can't do that, it is what it is. It'll be medium-well, no blood. Huh? He said the machine is set up one way, and that's what it does. So we ordered and said oh well.
Turns out that the entire cooking process is done by robots - no humans. The $6.50 burgers were extremely tasty, and would probably cost $10 to $12 elsewhere. Just don't ask the robots to change their software on the fly.
