The Judge needs to haul his nasty ass back into Court and have him say this to his face. Then look at the Prosecutor and demand a perjury charge or face sanctions.

How is it even appropriate for a witness for the prosecution to do a national interview BEFORE the trial is even over?! And be able to make the claims he's making -- that Kyle's a murderer -- when he was essentially admonished by the judge, in court, for saying that very thing on the stand?

I sure hope the defense is aware of this interview, or is made aware ASAP.

Democrats do all sorts of inappropriate things. Most of those things are not covered in criminal statutes.

Sometimes the thing they do is HUGE, e.g., Russian Collusion conspiracy and action. That's pretty much just lying to the public, which is not a crime.

The jury has been instructed to not watch news, read papers.

I figure the press will stay on its lying course.
