Jurors would rather they get the case and start deliberations tomorrow afternoon. Just how long does it take to vote not guilty on all charges? An hour; two at the most?

I sure would. But juror convenience and preference is not a consideration. Only what is convenient for the judge and lawyers.

Binger knows that the jurors are sick of this and if given the chance to be done and enjoy their weekend they are going with not guilty on Friday.

Time to verdict means little. Slam dunk cases either way go fast. Confusing cases take time. Juries are often going through a checklist of questions and that can take time too.
