How could the judge NOT dismiss the case once the prosecution rested. I’ve been on too many juries. One murder case I was on was dismissed, rightly so, after the prosecution rested. Everyone was pretty sure that the guy did it, but they had ZERO proof.
The defendant went on to murder his mother a couple years later. He is doing life in Mansfield State.
The only thing against outright dismissing the case is that it may not be the best for Kyle Rittenhouse. He needs a pronouncement of innocence, yea?
