The only issue in my mind is if during the trials of the January 6th political prisoners, will the FBI be shown to have orchestrated a “false flag” operation, such that the FBI will be reorganized and management criminally charged.

Don’t hold your breath with the swamp reforming the corrupt FBI. They are already disappearing people, they murder people, and soon they will brag about it. Every stinking one of them at the bureau is a corrupt dirty fed. Down to the guy that cleans the floors.

I don’t believe it is a crime for the FBI to instigate a false flag operation.

Even if it is, prosecutorial discretion is a practical “defense,” in that no charges will be brought.

I will caveat all that with an assumption the instigation is mostly verbal, and if physical, amounts to minor offenses.

The government can perpetrate some evil shenanigans with its power and through abuse of discretion (which is not a crime).
