The ETS states that Employers are not responsible for the cost of testing, unless is is negotiated via a CBA, etc.
What I expect to see is Employers forgo testing because of the paperwork requirements and go right to vaccinations (less any approved exemptions).

So who is? The employee? FedGov/taxpayers? What happens if the employer 'requires' testing, but the employee doesn't go pay to have a test done?
What about FLSA? Are employees clocking in for the time spent getting their own testing completed? If they're already at minimum wage, or if those costs put their equivalent pay below it, ANY extra expenses required of employees MUST be reimbursed by the employer. Or does OSHA have the power to allow companies to violate the law?
