Re: 42 - I was just talking about this with someone about 1/2 hour ago - was wondering when they would just drop the 100 employee minimum to 5-10 employees.
Now we know - it’s coming. My guess is that this may be a preemptive strike by OSHA in preparing for some legal challenge based on the 100 employee minimum.

OSHA has initiated a 30-day public comment period and is inviting comments on any aspect of this ETS and whether the ETS should become a final rule. The public comments will allow OSHA to gather information, diverse perspectives, and technical expertise to help the agency in considering next steps.
