Sadly, the Roberts Court has a track record of slow walking rulings until the issue at hand is moot. I wouldn’t expect anything else on mandates.

Well, inaction by the Roberts Court likely won't matter. All it takes is one district court judge anyway to issue an injunction. We can lose 30 cases as long as we win one.

Realistically, we'll need to win one that also is upheld on appeal to a circuit court. But still, we only need one win. At that point, unless SCOTUS acts, the injunction will be in effect for the entire country.

We got this one.
