Under other osha regs an employer has to supply safety equipment and such. Not sure why these don’t fall under that same line of thinking.
I think that is true, but who pays for the testing? The employee? That can get expensive very quickly.
And vaccinated people can get infected with and transmit COVID, so why not test everyone weekly? This isn’t about science, it’s about control and punishing people until the comply and submit.
OSHA can’t make law which this stupid guideline is.
Don’t know exactly. All I can infer is some function is disabled.

Better hope your gig kicks in an extra $2,000 a month for individual crappy health insurance. Of course, COBRA for 18 months will get that cost down to around 900-1100 a month so there’s that.
I’ve been just waiting for an excuse to retire! What I do at work is extremely specialized and nobody else wants to do it. Nor will they allow me to train anybody else on it because in all honestly we have a couple people rowing the boat and the rest are dead wood.
Involves running the 911 system and the cop software/hardware... the job has become grueling lately and I have been getting treated like crap by the dead wood. Been working for almost forty-five years so I’m ready.
