Regardless of Manchin does now, I think that he stalled the bill long enough for it to get killed, as now the Democrats have to deal with losing Virginia - something they DESPERATELY didn’t want on the table before this bill was voted on.

I’ll give Manchin credit where it’s due...at a minimum he’s bought this country another year on life support.
