Cong Districts 8, 10, and 11 are the biggest in terms of total early votes and all are very blue districts.

Dist 7 was won by Dem (Spanberger) in 2020 by 10K votes. District 2 (Luria) was won by 20K. Both districts could deliver large number of Youngkin votes.

Agreed. I think CD-10 could be in play also. Expect Youngkin to do very well in Loudoun.
