Where does this information come from?
From the VA election officials. Last night at his concluding rally, Youngkin said that early after 7 pm when the polls close, McAwful will have a sizeable lead, but as the evening goes by Youngkin will pass McAwful like he is going 45 miles an hour while Youngkin will be going 75 miles an hour.
They have already started counting the early votes, many of which were cast via machines.
Over 70% of the early vote is in person this year (see link). McAwful won’t necessarily do well with that part of teh early vote.

Not sure if the 1.3 million is true. The Republicans have been pushing voting early. So maybe it will be more Youngkin voters than expected.
