A stranger gives you a gun, you pick it up and without investigation or question, point it at two people (while not even doing the ostensible job of filming) and you pull the trigger.
This arsehole should be in jail.
He should have been charged with negligent homicide that very day. At a minimum, pending further investigation as to possible motive.
If a stranger gives you a gun without checking, maybe you should point it at THEM and ask if its loaded?
That’s extremely poor judgement or maybe we shall call it an ‘Alec move”!?
