If only it were a fair and just world, many states would have already decertified their results.
Basically the Wisconsin Election Commission changed the state election laws and the sheriff is asserting they had no power to change the law yet changed it anyway. The public policy behind the law was to prevent voting fraud, intimidation, and/or buying of votes, hence the Special Voting Deputies requirement.
What I did not read was that the sheriff had evidence showing specific ballots from nursing homes were illegally voted (fraud, intimidation, bought). Very very difficult, the difficulty to get proof increases exponentially as time moves away from Nov 3, 2020. Of course there weren’t any fraudulent votes will say the demonkkkraps because the sheriff has no tangible evidence. Now you have another example of how election rigging and fraud work. And what happened here is a breaking of the law no consequences. Sorry, this won’t de-certify the election - the demonkkkraps are expert at this.
