Peacocks are just as mean today. My sister has a little more than a bit of Lucy van Pelt in her. (God bless her.) My wife finds the story of her confrontation with the Peacock amusing. The Bronx Zoo used to let the peacocks run around uncaged. I think my sister got a free Nedicks Orange Drink from the cafeteria as compensation.
