Let’s guess...Juvie decision...probably no adult prison...labeled and must identify as a sex offender, community service...exigent circumstances because of previous fooling around.

What makes you think the lad will go to prison. The fact that his name has been withheld tells me that he is being tried in juvenile court. He may get confined somewhere (I used to work at such a place) but it won’t be a ‘prison’. Where I worked was called a “youth center”. Average stay was less than six months.
