The fed’s should invoke one of their few legitimate Constitutional powers—the regulations of international and interstate trade—and revoke the California regulations.
I agree. most of the problem is California. all that the fed would have to do is tell California it cant regulate vehicles that are not registered in there state and that have a pick up or delivery that forces a truck to cross a state line. any vehicle that is registered in there state and does not cross state lines it can regulate out of business if it wants.
