I am an independent owner operator who is leased on to a small family owned company. We have 6 transports for propane, and the other 5 are company drivers.
The owner of the company and I are the only non vaccinated ones in the company, and I told management that I refuse the vax.
Of all the drivers I know, 60%are not vaccinated and will refuse the jab no matter what. I’ll park my equipment first.
Yeah, this is my hill to die on.
I WILL NOT COMPLY!!!!!
And the rest of us need to stop following mandates - follow LAWS ONLY!

How many new young guys will hesitate when they find out that they are subject to surprised piss tests?
No one wants a pill dropping driver on the road, but the fact that surprise piss tests are not acknowledged, is not being efficient in recruiting the new young guys/gals. Drug testing is appreciated by this driver.
