I have zero compassion for those living in these areas. This area of Philadelphia votes near or actually 100% Democratic every election cycle.
Of course, they will believe Democratic leaders who blame "others" for these problems....guns from rural Pennsylvania or male privilege or whatever. They will blame a lack of funds because that "rich" store owner does not pay enough in taxes, so it is OK to loot the store.....after all, they have insurance.
Philly just follows the Detroit ‘theme’....vote them in, watch the better half of society leave the city, and just accept what remains as being ‘the rest of the show’.
With 110% turn out, of course.
