How does a blank from a prop gun kill one person and wound another?
Did he shoot once or more than once?
Why was he shooting at people who were not acting as part of a shooting scene?
Why was he shooting a prop gun, anyway?
If the claim is made that he didn’t intentionally shoot the gun, how did it go off?
Especially if it was an old period gun like a Colt SAA where you have to manually cock the hammer and THEN pull the trigger.
