Sounds like this will be a public traded company valued at 1.7 Billion
it sounds more like a twitter/facebook rather then a free youtube
The downside may be that there are small starts ups trying to get going (gab, parler, Gettr, others) and dividing all the boycott big tech crowd up may mean none of them survive in the long run
I don’t think it that it sounds like direct competition for Rumble ...which may be the current biggest direct threat to big tech right now. during the past two weeks quite a few bigger youtube content creators have joined
Or could buy out Gab and Parler
