My Duster has a rubber bladder that you press with your left foot to squirt windshield washer fluid. No electrical pump. Still works. So does the 408 cu.in. engine.

Our '68 Dart had one but it cracked (it was more accordion plastic than rubber), and with the crack came the loss in air pressure.
