I’m saying Saddam himself acknowledged he still had holdover WMD’s.
The list that Powell gave was from Hussein’s list of declared items that he never turned over for destruction. Some of them had been directly documented and sampled by multi-national organizations.

Many reports thru the years about Powell’s penchant for Social / Military advancement on his RACE CARD, which was always on display.
