Nobody seems to remember that Pence is up to his treasonous eyeballs in this entire situation. He led the task force, and was a co-conspirator with Fauci on these AIDS project. I think he knew, and approved of, what was going on every step of the way. He could’ve pulled the plug on Fauci, but he didn’t.
