Yes. But probably local prosecutor won’t prosecute, and wouldn’t be surprised if the state AG either won’t prosecute or will be bullied into not prosecuting by the feds. May end up just a civil suit.

Yes, I’m curious to see what parents will do. This is not going to get better. Nebraska is implementing some horrendous sex ed material into its schools. How much will parents take? Will they grumble and do nothing, or will they finally wake up to the real goals of government-run schools? As long as government is the major player in education, this will not change.
